Lately I've tried an assembly line approach where I use three tipping blocks. Install tips in all three blocks them tap in three bullets. Sometimes a tip will jump out of the block but this seems to save some handling time.

Eh...still helps with the monotony of the task! Do pay attention to the tips in the bag. Some show up like that, so the dent might not always be your fault!

That’s a great idea

Gives me another you would most likely get a better /precise cut with them than side cutters & easier to shape a tip from there with a file
