It’s almost the same as the GM205m. The cups are set back a little further from the anvil to prevent slam fires in gas guns. That’s what the AR at the end stands for. They work great.
Technically GM205MAR

163 gr 30cal HHT
300 Rem SAUM Tikka
9 twist Prefered Barrel, 24"
1x fired R-P Brass
CCI 200 LRP
3.045" COAL
1/8 FCD crimp
75 deg F

Varget
56.0 gr, 3083 fps, 0.711" 5 shot group, one round had a very faint ejector mark
57.0 gr, 3135 fps, no group, pronounced ejector mark on first round.

Reloder 26
68.0 gr, no velocity, 1.7" 5 shot group. No pressure, did not gather velocity data after initial group.

Not much hunting for a load with the 163 HHT! Varget pretty much nailed where I was looking to land.

May try H4350 or possibly Staball Match for science. Wish I had some Alliant TS 15.5 to try too, but that stuff is pretty hard to come by!

Here's a tranche of Absolute Hammer powder vs. velocity data. Particulars are:
MRC 1999 in 30 Nosler
Benchmark 26" 8T barrel
Absolute Hammer 151gn
Federal 215 primer
ADG brass; virgin and 1x fired (annealed after each firing)
some loads were 1/8T crimped, some were not crimped
This rifle/bullet combination seems to have an accuracy node at about 3600fps

Now THAT is a test!

More 163 HHT data:

163 gr 30cal HHT
300 Rem SAUM Tikka
9 twist Prefered Barrel, 24"
1x fired R-P Brass
CCI 200 LRP
3.045" COAL
1/8 FCD crimp
70 deg F

H4350
61.0 gr, 3088 fps, 0.995" 5 shot group, no pressure signs

Notes:
This barrel has been a touch picky for me. I tested the 160 HH with Varget and my first group was in the 0.3's. Also tested the 166 HH and it ended up really liking RL 26 (~0.7" vs 1.1+" for both Varget and H4350)

I probably could squeeze out another 50-100 FPS with H4350 with the 163 HHT's and tune it in with primer, crimp or seating depth, but its just not worth it at this point. Especially since I'll be getting this barrel cut down and threaded for a suppressor late this year or early next. And Varget probably will be a better fit for a shorter barrel anyway.

I also am mildly interested in trying out some ADG brass to see how much more I could squeeze out of that compared to the R-P brass. But I'm having a hard time justifying the expense, time and components for that too...

Good stuff though, I'll take the Varget load out to 400+ in the next couple weeks and see how BC stacks up.
