I’m shooting 90 HHT in my 6 Remington Ackley at 3540 fps. Only killed coyotes so far but it’s pretty impressive

Shooting 127 HHT out of new 25-06ai 7.5 twist at 3275fps. Nothing but pond pests so far but pretty impressive. Be a long wait for deer season

Had a custom 340 Weatherby built for a friend and I loaded 236gr HHs for him at 2950fps. Him and his brother each killed a bull elk with it at 375yd and 500yd and both dropped in their tracks. He said their guide couldn’t believe how fast it killed them. Plus very easy to tune under .5 MOA

Called in and killed at 100 yds. Moving shot in woods blew him up pretty good with 6mm 90gr HHT at 3540fps

I use my 21st Century hydro press (arbor press) works great and shows how many pounds it takes to seat them. I have found with 90s, 127s and 203s it takes right at 40lb and shows they are all pretty consistent. Very quick and easy and no hammer

I’m shooting 90 HHTs in my 6 Remington ai 7.5 trust and load development was very easy just like HHs. Also 127 HHTs in my 25-06 ai and again very easy load development. Not shot anything yet with either one but I have no doubt they will work

Sure is use one brand of brass when tuning loads

I got my eyes opened using a 1” micrometer and going on case head expansion to this pressure it works well

If you use a 1” micrometer and measure right above extractor ring when it expands .0003-.0005 you are at pressure and this shows before primer, extractor mark or hard bolt lift and right before it gets there is usually where it shoots best .0001-.0003. Give you a safe accurate load at any...

I think you can. I worked up load in my 6 Rem ai today with N160 in 1:7.5 twist and settled on low node at 3540fps. Started showing pressure a little over 3600.
