Yeah, I may have been unclear in my statement! I was alluding to the 140 Shock Hammer regarding loading only 2 rounds. The 178gr SH clearly are safe for a tubular magazine.

Copy that. Our Ohio Law stipulates a maximum of 3 rounds in a firearm for deer hunting. So one in the chamber and one in the tubular magazine. I am hoping these 178gr shoot well! Unbelievable that I am getting 308Win ballistics!

I just ran the ballistics at 250 yards. If it is an accurate load, it should have enough velocity left to be effective. Roughly, 1,900fps 1,400 ft/lbs K.E.

Honestly, I have a 350Legend that is subMOA out to 300 yards. The only problem is finding a bullet that will expand at such a low impact velocity. I am excited for this 360Buckhammer and the Hammer Bullets capability. Probably not a 300 yard combination, but easily 200 yards.

I think I remember reading that somewhere! Yes, honestly, since Ohio does not have a maximize case length limit; even the 45-120 is legal, I could see shooting a 360BuckHAMMER based on the original 375WIN length.
