Go Gauge issues

I love the masking tape trick.

Great for setting up sizing dies too

I never use a no go gauge, I just use tape on the go gauge

Sometimes I just use a piece of brass and screw the action till the bolt closes with the faintest detection of resistance so I know I'm not crushing the brass...Really this business isn't all that complicated.

Y’all are far more knowledgeable and experienced than I am. Thank you for taking me on as a padawan!
Still, I approach this hobby (obsession?) with a healthy amount of distrust while I gain experience and comfort.

I’ve done that as well, as you said folks over complicate it
