Good reason for Hammers (monos)

My wife just texted me this pic. My 8 year old was eating goulash which was from a deer my daughter shot. 70 grain HH from a 243 at about 100 yards when in near the left shoulder.

ETA - I guess my point being that it's always possible to find bullet fragments in food. Glad it's not lead.

If i had to accidentally swallow a fragment id rather it be from a copper monolithic...
