If you haven't looked at their on line load data, Speer data has some data not normally associated with comparable weight bullets. Gives some good starting points. I downloaded 300WSM 165 and 180 grain data attached below as examples.

Speer will work. Fairly conservative for Hammers. Nosler will get you there quicker.
Except Nosler doesn't list a lot of the powders that Speer uses for comparable weight bullets. Some folks just need some starting points.

I definitely like the long list of powders. I notice they were not consistent with primers. Some being Magnum and some standard.

Hodgdon updates powder chart fairly regularly if looking for similar powders. I rely on this a lot since I primarily shoot wildcats.

A passing glance at a single page of 7mm-08 data in the Speer manual had magnum primers listed with the ball powders. Don’t take that observation as gospel truth, but it is my starting point in trying to decipher the differences.
