22 creedmoor vs 223 wssm.

A random thought that keeps circling back bugging me. So a gave up and did a little reading on the 2. Seems that the wssm has a tid bit more case capacity. It should be a potent hammer launching platform. I have a beautiful little Winchester in the safe. Less than 40 rounds on the bbl. IIRC, it’s a 12 twist. I have Dies, brass…….maybe I need to order some new hammer pills.
Don’t recall seeing any load data on it in the hammer files.
@OutdoorEdventure This looks like something that you would have tinkered with.

Which makes me wonder, Why no love for the 223 wssm?
 
JesseJ - As one who loves the "oddball", it is sad that 223 wssm never really caught on. I'm afraid that the Creedmoor might be the last nail in it's coffin. I think the Creedmoor and others are more popular because the rifles are easier to produce. Most take a shared platform with other larger calibers.
