I've gotten two pieces of correspondence at the gun club from our wholesale suppliers. Winchester has already announced an upcoming shortage of primers and loaded ammunition. The wholesaler also suggest buying now for another upcoming anticipated shortage of components - chiefly powder.
Heck, we can't get powder now.... and they say it's gonna get worse?

@Schmo thanks for sharing the 118 HHT load data! If you need a starting load for a 7-08 with the 131HH, Lapua brass, fed 210 and Varget let me know. It’s right at 3000 fps with a 20” ultralite barrel and shoots 3 shot clovers. We put it in an XLR folding chassis and it’s become a hit with my crew and the kids. Everyone calls dibs when it goes in the truck during deer season.
