Grinder and vacuum sealer can be had for $300, $500 for a decent setup.
A good sized cutting board, quality knives and saw and vac bags can take a good chunk out of your wallet too.
But if you kill enough game, you’ll be saving in a season or two.
I have done it on the cheap. I bought a used solid core door for a cutting board. $5. I hit yard sales for knives, Some people just can't sharpen a knife and put them out at yard sales for a buck or two. Vacuum sealer I already had and the grinder was $109.99 on sale at BPS one year. Check at Hospitals for the doors. I got one with the little window cut out and my trash can fits right under it once I took off the trim and removed the glass.
