March 2 1/2-25X52

Today I moved the windage .1 mills for a 300 yard correction. The two groups were good enough not to be the problem. The second group was about .6-.7 mills too far.

So, you're saying the scope overcorrected?

I was looking at March scopes, despite them being prohibitively expensive, and I was hoping for at the very least world class tracking and repeatability. Between their light weight, high magnification ratio, and purportedly excellent glass, they seem like the perfect scope.

I might just stay content with my Arken EPL-4 4-16x, or give the SWFA SS 3-15x a try (but I do prefer MOA over MIL).

Yes.
So far the windage as moved the correct amount, except that time.

The elevation has been about perfect every time.

I think my next scope will be a March 5-50X.

That March 3-24x42 FFP MOA is looking like it would be the perfect scope for any kind of hunting...but that price tag and availability 😑

Maybe I'll have to save up my pennies. Or get an agency/travel job. Make 2x the cash in the same time.
