Ready to Pop!

I almost saw one drop (years back). The used to deliver in the timber behind the house. One year a neighbors steer broke out, and turned that into a full on rodeo. So the doe delivered in the field out front. Didn't see it drop, but could see it stand for the first time. She got it the hell out of there, and the second wildlife lesson was how fast the predators showed up.

Pretty sure a doe dropped fawn(s) just off lawn in heavy tall brush/weeds. She has been around all morning and stays close to this area. Couple yearlings in clover right now do things are getting interesting.

So yotes going crazy trying to find fawns. I have been in out with .243 from sun room trying to get shot. Trued fawn call but no takers. IMG_9999.jpegIMG_0001.jpeg
