I surely haven't much knowledge outside the US.
Other than knowing that it's not as good anywhere else, how much knowledge does one need? The more one travels the more you can see what some in our Gov want to turn us into. So, I guess folks should get out and see what our founding fathers fled from.

One of the best things I was able to do as a kid was see parts of the world less fortunate than middle Georgia. I saw even worse parts in the military. Now I still travel for a living, although mostly to nice places now.
I understand the world is bigger than the small town in which I grew up and the small town in which I currently live. I am trying to provide my kids with that same first hand knowledge.
People ask where my favorite place to go to is. Not a doubt in my mind as to the answer: Home!
You make an excellent point Steve. I know we have it better than other countries.
No dough about it, there's no place like home. I grew up in a very small town. Now I live 3 miles from there and a half mile off the road, where one walk on the porch and take a leak.

Yep. My son killed his second deer out the back door. It was Christmas morning. He came running in the house, grabbed my 300 WSM. Came back in, said he got it. Told him, well you go get it and clean it. He was around 10 then. Till this day, if a buck comes out, he has to hurry and shoot before the fever sets in.
Your right. I use to think the same. And now they got that thing, like we have trying to drag them in the sewer to.

That’s ok, I haven’t made it to the US and most of your hunting is out of my league.
Yes, we have lots of pests if you have access in the right places. Our smallest state has good public land access but international visitors need guides.
