Share Your Hammer Loads

FYI I just ran ladder in my oldie .270 rebarreled to 24"1:10 Shaw with H4895 and 117HH. I ran it with Rem 91/2LRM primers. Had no trouble topping 3400. Will run same load with 210's for comparison. H4895 is a unicorn powder! Can't find any more!!! Will post up after 210 comparison load. But thought give heads up for anyone else that has H4895. And BTW H4895 was the golden dust for me to hit 4K with 90HH in my .270 fast twist.

I have been playing with my 8x57 and 181 Shock Hammers. I am happy enough with my results to go ahead and load up some more to start shooting at distance. I think this load will be good out to 450 yards +/-.

Thanks for the data!
Do you know your twists in each barrel?
F 210s for both loads?
OAL for both loaded cartridges?
Any signs of pressure (ejector swipe, bolt lift?) If none, it's common to go past listed load max for cup&core bullets with more speed possible😁
Thanks!

Yes, sorry, the twists are both 1:10 and F210 primers. I'll look up the OALs and edit the posts tomorrow.
