43.1 and 43.3 showed very slight ejector marks, hard to see. No bolt lift resistance at all.

New to the group I have been testing hammer bullets for a little over a year. I think I have a pretty good load here for the .224 cal 44 gn hammer hunter. Gun is a 22 creedmoor lilja 24” 1-14 twist barrel gun works action. Peterson LRP brass CCI BR2 primer 40 grains of varget. C.O.A.L is 2.361 inches velocity is 4180 fps 6.8 inches of drop at 400 yards. Gun is zeroed at 200 yards perfect night set up with no range finder. I run a flir thermal optic in it so hard to tell distance. I always hold a little high on fur and down they go.
