.257 Cal-117gr Absolute Hammer™

Here is an Absolute Hammer™ for the fast twist 1/4 bores.  This pure copper Absolute will need a minimum of 1-8.5″ twist.  This one should smoke some velocity from the 25-06 sized cartridges and smaller.  This one will be a bunch of fun!  As with all of the Absolutes loading should be done by experienced re-loaders that are comfortable developing a load with no supporting data since the Absolutes will want more faster powder than a bullet of that weight would typically.  The Absolute Hammer™s have much lower engraving pressure than other bullets because they are designed to eliminate rifling engagement on the ogive.
