44 Remington magnum loads?

Anybody used the .429 205grain for a 44 mag rifle? Currently have a Henry big boy and thought about tinkering with the hammers for deer.

I've been messing with them in a revolver. Crimped in the groove puts you around 1.635 oal in a 1.285 trimmed brass. Pretty accurate with all the powders I've tried. Ramshot enforcer is where you want to start. 23gr ahead of cci350 primers and work up from there. H110 and lil'gun ran out of room. They are a bit longer than spec when loaded to that length. I'd check trim length on one, seat the bullet, crimp, and run it through to make sure it cycles correctly.

Also, check out the thread "testing with handgun calibers" in the pistol section and in particular Post #12.
