Just saw this yesterday while watching a Backfire YT video. Looked pretty legit. Turns out, it's like the Labradar but all the annoyances (that need accessories/mod) are fixed.

Edit: Watched the FX Outdoors video, they haven't tested it over 4k fps as they didn't have the firearm to do it.

I thought about a magentospeed, but I'd want it mounted somewhere other than the barrel. Which they make. iirc. However, being able to see a measured BC at a given altitude really gets my nerd side going. It just seems this FX radar chrony is a lot more user friendly than the Labradar. Side note, waiting for a "range cold" for setup/tear down gets old fast. One day it won't be an issue, when I get a couple dozen acres.

BC is way overrated, Speed Kills, the Magnetospeed is EZPZ and I haven’t found it’s limit yet

Might be overrated for some, but I like to know what to expect at different elevations. Getting an "observed" BC at a specific altitude will make adjustments/dope at elk elevations a bit easier.

At one time I would have laughed at that statement but after topping 4K easily with .243 and 55HH, its a real need!!!
