Both of them valley blacktails, though east of I-5 they would not qualify as true genetic blacktails. But don't care either.

Nice looking Blacktails! I loved hunting them when I lived in Southern Oregon. Too many good stories. One year my hunting partner Richard shot a nice buck that had a hanging weight of 202 pounds. It was shot West of I-5 so it would be considered a true Blacktail. What a monster! If it rains much more you are going to have to go put some life jackets on some of them so you can hunt next fall.
