Duck, duck, goose

Nice work @riceman !
I am going to try and make goose jerky tonight, going to grind mix and run it through my jerky shooter. Just got to find a recipe first. Any suggestions?
Salt Pepper garlic/onion minced or powdered brown sugar and teriyaki. Mix to taste. Add coffee too if you want.
Can substitute soda pop/cola/root beer/Dr Pepper or soy sauce for the sweet and salty.

Could mix some in with the meat before you gun it and or baste it on as it’s drying.

I’ve personally never gunned any but sliced and marinated it several times.

Even took an old fridge and put an oven heating element in it with a temp controlled cord like an electric skillet has (for example). I’m just missing the goose these days.
