Boudin balls and egg rolls

First time making these. They turned out ok, but not as good as what I’ve had in Louisiana. Stuffed the Boudin balls with a jalapeño Monterey Jack cheese and breaded with Panko bread crumbs.

Anytime. You may want to postpone till it warms up here in Manitoba. -20C with a -32C windchill right now. Lots of highways closed. Cooking projects like this does help pass the time when stuck inside.
Hasn't changed much up there in 40 years I guess. I lived in Manitoba from 82 to 84. Coldest weather I ever experienced in my 42 years in Canada

Coldest it’s been here all winter. We’ve been WAY above normal temperatures. Helps make our winters shorter that’s for sure. But yes, it’s normally pretty brutal winters here.
