Travelling 1500 miles from CA to Nebraska in November for deer season exposes my rifles to a LOT of vibration and multiple heat/cool cycles. Torqueing fasteners when I arrive should have been a no-brainer.....but it simply had never occurred to me. We do check the zero before hunting, but I suppose that's only telling me whether or not something hasn't gone completely wrong.

I bought one of these Lyman bit sets also. Figure I'll put the bits in a zip lock bag and put it in the Real Avid case with the torque driver.
