Thanks fellas. I mean we could get around it faster if there wasn’t 2 elk and 3 deer in there as well! Thats all the red meat we eat. Well besides a prime rib I smoke on Christmas but other than that we don’t buy beef.

My killed one last year, with of all things her 6.5 CM. Just behind the ear. Took the spine off the base of the skull. Instantly dead. Some of the best meat I have ever eaten. Lots of people rave about Buffalo Burgers. Buffalo T-Bones and Porterhouse are pretty goo also. Going after another one this Fall. She did prove you just have to have proper bullet placement and you can take down just about anything.
