I’ve see aircraft form a fog cloud behind the flaps when on approach.Hey Steve, you get these kits introduced and I'll buy one for Meatbuck. He can test it out for himself if he really wants to know, all it takes is two HH bullets.
BTW, high performance aircraft doing extreme maneuvers in high humidity aside, wingtip votices are usually only formed above 25000 feet. Look closely at the first post and tell me you are convinced that is from vortices. All bullets are usually visible through a spotting scope and sometimes even with the naked eye due to atmospheric disruption. I do not believe that is what you're seeing in the above picture.
