Setting up a Savage 110E SA as 22XC for yotes and groundhogs. 8T, 24". Was gonna do a 22-250AI but decided to go this route. Should have it ready for load development in June.

That just sounds wrong to me. Can't get my head around that . I recently resurrected my old 280 Ackley and fell in love all over again. Thinking of building another lighter version just for an everyday hunting rifle (which is almost sacrilege coming from a die hard 30-06 guy). Decided just this morning I'm going to build a 6.5 PRC just to see what all the fuss is about. I need another rifle like I need another armpit but WTH. I could part with some that have cobwebs.........but probably not

No PRC or creedmoors for me. I've got 243AI, 20VT, 17FB, 22Hornet, 223, 250AI, 257AI, 280AI, 7x57AI, 284 Win, 6 XC, 308, 7.62x39, 45 Colt, 9.3x62, 454, 40, 10mm, 45acp, 45 super and waiting on a barrel for a 22XC. Gonna give it a break.

You're blowing my reloading budget out of the water just fireforming all those wildcats.
