If you haven't had to run up down Big Baines and Baby Bainess (Ft McClellan), you've never truly experienced Anniston Alabama🥵🥵🥵

And I've seen it snow in Mobile 😱😱 That's where my home is, well that's where Mama and Pa is buried anyway.

Baby Baines has been shut down, part of Long leaf pine refuge. Started riding a bicycle at age 39 because I was out of shape, It took me almost a year before I could make it to the top of baines gap on the bike, I'd get within about100 yards and run out of gas. Finally made it and went down to choccolocco road then back over.Eastern side was easier. Once I'd done it I never failed again. This road was hard to walk up, running up was a killer for the basic training kids on Ft. McClellan.
